An indicative delivery time period is approximately 7 to 10 days for Custom made shirt excluding shipping time. Shipping delays due to courier companies cannot be controlled by MENSPOKE.
If a fabric you've selected is sold out or has a delay in shipping from the manufacturer after you've ordered it, we'll suggest alternatives from our Customer Care team will get in touch with you to help select an alternate option.If none of the alternatives are appropriate, the shirt in question will be refund your money back (unless clubbed with a promotional offer). Items bought with a gift coupon are not eligible for a cash or credit refund, but they can be refunded as loyalty points.
